A great way to fill your short-term labour needs with experience talent. Employers will be asked to provide information on their specific needs and be provided with information that shapes the potential retiree pairing.
Retiree
Similar to employers, retirees will be asked to provide information to help with a positive pairing. Things such as availability, skills and desired work will be taken into consideration. If required, retirees may also be provided job preparation support, so a new work challenge may also be an option.
